Ah Nya Ji started with a simple love for the flavours we grew up with in Penang. Every jar is made by hand, in small batches, using traditional recipes that have been passed down through generations.
From tangy fermented papaya to rich, slow-cooked pork knuckles in ginger vinegar — every product carries the soul of Penang's heritage food culture. No shortcuts, no preservatives. Just honest, old-fashioned goodness.
亚哪仔诞生于对槟城古早味的深厚情感。每一罐皆是手工小批量制作，遵循祖传秘方，从酸爽的木瓜酸到浓郁慢炖的猪脚姜醋，每一口都承载着槟城的饮食文化与温情。无添加，无捷径，只有真材实料的古早好味道。
